Making an appointment
Gemma graduated with a Master of Osteopathy from Health Sciences University – UCO School of Osteopathy in London. She is passionate about helping people reduce pain, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Gemma has a particular interest in women’s health, age-related conditions, and chronic pain management. She combines hands-on treatment with movement, education, and lifestyle advice, working collaboratively with her patients to understand their individual goals and create tailored treatment plans that support both acute symptom relief and long-term wellbeing.
Known for her friendly and caring nature, Gemma places a strong emphasis on listening to her patients and creating a supportive environment where they feel heard and understood.
Before becoming an Osteopath, Gemma worked as a professional dancer for over a decade, giving her a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and the physical demands placed on the body. Outside the clinic, she enjoys practising yoga, Pilates, photography, and travel.
Her goal is to help patients better understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and return to the activities they enjoy.
